You should receive your order within one week of ordering; however, please allow up to fourteen days before getting in touch with us.
What is included in the package?
In the case of the musicals, the package you receive will include the piano/vocal score, with song lyrics and full script with a length of generally between 9 and 13 pages . Also you will receive a CD with all the music recorded for the performance - first as backing tracks without vocals, and then as vocals to help you teach the songs. We do not suggest that you use the vocal tracks in the performance itself!
Can I have the item in digital form?
We are happy to provide the full score, lyrics and script in digital form as a download link
The link takes the form of a zip file with all the audio tracks as well as the book in pdf format. The audio tracks will then need to burned to CD, and you may print off all or part of the book for your use.

Do I need a performance license?
That depends. If you have purchased the musical, then the price you paid entitles you to put on the show up to and including five times in the school or theatre you bought it for. However, if you want to put on more than five performances, you do need to pay a small license fee. In addition, if you have acquired the musical from elsewhere (eg it has been passed on to you) then we would ask that you get in touch with us for a license. Licenses are not expensive, and the order form to apply for one is available for download here
Please note that your CCSL license does not cover you for performance of any of these musicals.
Do I need to be a pianist to teach the songs?
No. The songs are very catchy, and the backing tracks are easy to sing to. Vocals are provided on the included CD and these should be enough to help the children learn the songs. If you are able to pick out the melody line on a piano, this may help at times.
What if there is a problem with my order when I receive it?
All items are checked before they are sent; however if you find that there are any problems, for example, a faulty CD, we will send you a new one free of charge if you return the original item.
Can I order the item and have an invoice sent to my place of work?
I realise that for many schools it is not the norm to pay for an ordered item until delivery. If you would like me to send an invoice to your school with the musical, this will usually be possible. Just let me know via email that this is what you would like to do. Payment is usually required within two weeks of receipt of the item.
